Attack On Titan Season 4 Surprised By Its Own ‘Avengers Assemble’ Moment

The Scout Regiment is in a pretty tough spot and with these tough new times, extreme measures are going to have to be taken in the final season of Attack on Titan. As the Survey Corps realized they might need to search wild places for some major help, the latest episode gave some of our heroes their own Avengers moment, assembling a new team in an effort to save the world. of a very familiar world and very unfortunate threat.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe began by telling us the story of Tony Stark, who would later become Iron Man, with the studio becoming a global juggernaut by leveraging the vast catalog of comic book characters at their disposal. With the arrival of the first Avengers movie, we saw Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, and Black Widow come together for the first time to fight against the machinations of the God of Mischief, Loki. With Marvel recently dove into the manga game via Deadpool: SamuraiMerc With A Mouth’s latest story also gave us a cameo for Marvel’s first super-team.

Twitter user Lady Belleelmore not only took the opportunity to share the “Avengers Assemble” moment from the anime, but she also took the opportunity to compare it to the manga’s original scene, showing how the Eldians and Marleyians are able to unite for a common goal to stop Eren’s genocidal plan:

Shockingly enough, the Titans who were born from the mind of Hajime Isayama have officially battled the Avengers once before, with a special one-shot released in 2014 that was actually written in collaboration between Marvel Comics HQ and designer Hajime Isayama. Although their battle was fairly brief, the comic special even had the Guardians of the Galaxy jump into battle to fight the Titans. While there’s been no official word on this crossover getting a sequel, Marvel’s entry into the world of manga has recently seen Deadpool team up with My Hero Academia All Might, so anything is definitely possible.
