The rumors circulated this summer and are now confirmed. Omega Force, the studio responsible for Dynasty Warriors owned by Koei Tecmo, is working on an action-RPG in collaboration with Electronic Arts.
A new monster-hunting AAA in the works from Koei Tecmo and EA
It’s through A press release that the two groups have announced their collaboration on this new AAA. More specifically, EA Originals Label will be responsible for publishing this new game developed by Omega Force, the Japanese studio that created the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors licenses.
Omega Force’s new AAA will be an AAA immersing you in fantasy feudal Japan and more details will be shared over the coming months. Koei Tecmo Executive Vice President Yosuke Hayashi said:

Jeff Gamon, Managing Director of EA Partners, also made no secret of his enthusiasm, especially for the talent of the Omega Force teams who have proven themselves on numerous series such as Attack on Titan, Dragon Quest, Fire Emblem, Hyrule Warriors and of course the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors mentioned above.
