Netflix releases the trailer for “Bubble”, the new anime from the director of “Shingeki no Kyojin”

Netflix released this week the first trailer for Bubble, a new anime film in which the creators of Attack on Titan and death noteamong others. Bubble It is directed by Tetsurō Araki, with animation by Wit Studio, and will arrive on the streaming service this year. In the animated film, Tokyo has been cordoned off due to mysterious gravity-defying bubbles descending on the city. Groups of orphans now live in the abandoned streets, and among them is Hibiki, our protagonist, who is attracted to Uda, a young woman who saves his life, and they realize that they share a strange connection that could have something that see what has happened in the city.

The fantasy movie looks quite intriguing, but the absolutely gorgeous colors make the trailer mesmerizing. Pinks, reds, blues and yellows meld together to form a veritable prism of wonder, with fluid motion and beautiful detail. Nothing out of the ordinary for a studio like Wit, which has worked on Vinland Saga, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress and Pokemon during the last decade. Although it has a lot of experience, this is the first totally original feature film in which the company participates. Gene Urobuchi, from Psycho-Pass and the Netflix monster movies of Godzillawrote the script with character designs by the artist of death note, Takeshi Obata.
