Review: Shingeki no Kyojin (82) – Mankind’s Last Hope | EarthGamer

It seems that there is nothing that can be opposed while the Rumble of the Earth advances. Eren is about to consummate his revenge, but in all that darkness the last hope of humanity is reborn and seems to be drawing on the horizon of Shingeki no Kyojin.

Needless to say, there are spoilers, but just in case SPOILER ALERT FROM NOW ON.

From the moment Eren Jaegger freed the Titans from the walls and told the Eldians of the world that everything would be destroyed except the island where it stands, chaos has reigned in every scene of Shingeki no Kyojin and chapter 82 was no exception.

And it is not for less, at this moment everything that all the countries of the world fought for vanishes before their eyes. Once the titans set foot on your land, it will all be over. Religions, wars, armies… none of this will be important or relevant at the end of everything, at the end of time.

However, all these concerns and this same sense of inevitable end, is what seems to be drawing that last hope of humanity once again, in the same way that it was when the Shingashina wall disappeared or when the Maria wall fell in its entirety.

The end of Shingeki no Kyojin

We still have a long way to go before we reach the true final chapter, but the course we are taking to get there is evident. One more time, as Hajime Isayama has always donewhat will be the solution only exists in the darkest of timesin the depths of our despair.

The progression of this has been bigger and bigger and more chaotic. We went from the destruction of a city and a country, to a transatlantic war with armed conflicts with centuries of existence, to the total threat of the disappearance of the worldall product of those chain events that demonstrate the problems of humanity to preserve itself.

However, even this last alliance as the hope of humanity can collapse at any moment. Even though the consensus is that Eren needs to be stopped, instructor Shadis well explains that there is a large part of Jaeggerists in Eldiawhile when Hitch meets Annie we can see the conflicts that all this is generating between the same “beneficiaries” of the Rumble of the Earth.

On the other hand, at the end of the chapter we can see that Levi survived and so did Hange, who has always been closer to Commander Erwin Smith’s ideas than to Eren’s. or any other reactionary in the army, approaches General Magath and Pieck, surely to seek an approach that allows them to collaborate.

The development of these alliances and their results will be what determines if there is still hope for humanity or is it that Eren has already decided for everyone and the end of the world as it was known is near and will finally come.
