WHY IS EREN KRUGER ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERS IN ATTACK ON TITAN?
The CBR portal explains why Eren Kruger is so important. He is an Eldian who was born within the Liberio Internment Zone. When he was a child, he saw his father being burned alive by Marleyan soldiers as punishment for being an Eldian Restorationist.
Later, he managed to join the Marley Public Safety Authority with the help of a doctor, who faked Kruger’s blood tests to hide that he is an Eldian.
Eventually known as The Owl, Eren Kruger led the Eldian Restoration Movement while continuing his work as a mole in the Marleyan army.
When Grisha Jaeger and his wife, Dina Fritz, are declared Restorationists by their son, they are sentenced to death by being made into mindless titans on Paradis Island. Kruger finally takes action and saves Grisha’s life, who recognizes Kruger as one of the officers who found him and his sister as children wandering outside the Internment Zone.
