Crunchyroll announced the forthcoming arrival at the cinema of the feature film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba On the way to the blacksmith village.
While waiting for the official release date, a preview is already planned in Paris on February 25, 2023 in the presence of the producer, Yuma Takahashi.
This new movie will contain episodes 10 and 11 of the arc The Pleasure Districtwhose frenzied action scenes and heartbreaking script had been praised, as well as the first episode of the next arc, The Village of Blacksmiths. On this occasion, the episodes have been converted to 4K and the music has been remixed to enjoy a unique experience on the big screen!
After a screening in Japan from February 3, 2023, the film will be broadcast in more than 80 countries and territories around the world during an exceptional World Tour.
manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba was created by Koyoharu Gotôge. The 23 books in the series were published in Japan by Shueisha and have sold over 150 million copies. The studio ufotable produced the anime adaptation.
The first season, broadcast from April 2019, shows the origins of Tanjirô Kamado, a young boy who discovers his family massacred by a demon. The only survivor is her little sister, Nezuko, who seems to have transformed herself into a demon. In order to find a way to restore his humanity, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayers. His adventures continue in October 2020 on the big screen with the film The Infinity Train, then in a second season which includes the arcs of The Infinity Train and the Pleasure Quarter.
In February 2023 will take place a world tour for the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – On the way to the blacksmith village while the third season adapting the Blacksmith Village arc will air from April in Japan.
