After the pending ending of the previous episode, where Tanjiro had to cut off Hantengu’s head, fans are waiting for the release of Demon Slayer season 3 episode 7.
In the previous episode, Tanjiro located Hantengu’s real body and then gave Genya instructions about it. As Genya was about to kill the demon, he found himself in a near-death situation. Genya then thinks back to his past and how he wanted to apologize to his brother. Tanjiro saves him from this situation and proceeds to behead the real Hantengu’s head.

Tanjiro Might Fail to Defeat Hantengu in Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 7
In Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 6, Genya attempts to sever the neck of the Fifth Demon that broke away from Hantengu. However, the neck was too hard to slice, and Genya’s sword broke in two.. Genya then used his weapon, but was interrupted by one of the other demons.
SO As he neared death, Genya thought back to the day his mother had died and he had mistakenly called his brother Sanemi a murderer. He wanted to apologize to his brother, but he was going to get killed, and that’s when Tanjiro saved him. Knowing that he cannot kill Hantengu, Genya asks Tanjiro to do so.
What can we expect from episode 7 of season 3 of Demon Slayer?
Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 7, will likely see Tanjiro and Genya trying to deal with the real Hantengu. Since Genya couldn’t kill him, he asked Tanjiro to do so.
However, Nezuko’s Blood Art on Tanjiro’s Sword has been active for a while now, so it might run out of time soon. Fans should remember that Hantengu’s emotional demons can still stop Tanjiro and Genya.
Demon Slayer season 3 episode 7 might also focus on Muichiro Tokito who was trapped by Gyokko, the rank 5 upper moon demon. While Muichiro is trapped, Gyokko might go after Haganezuka in the hangar.
