As scheduled, the PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Japan Asia took place this morning and Sony has already revealed the winners of its annual awards. In it, it recognized the titles of important partners that excelled either in worldwide sales or in total number of hours played.
One of the big winners of the event was nothing more and nothing more than elden ring, a FromSoftware game that is one of the favorite candidates for Game of the Year. The award also had recognition for games from Capcom, Bandai Namco, Konami, Square Enix and more studios.

These are the winners of the PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Japan Asia
The highest award of the event went to elden ring Y Genshin Impacttitles that won the Grand Award for being the titles developed in the regions of Japan and Asia with the highest global sales between October 2021 and September 2022. For their part, elden ring it also took home an award in the Users’ Choice Award category, where the hours played defined the winners.
PlayStation also recognized other major games from its partners, such as Resident Evil Village, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles Y Final Fantasy XIVwho are some of the Partner Award winners.
Studios from other regions and games from PlayStation Studios also had a presence thanks to the Special Award. Apex Legends Y Gran Turismo 7 they were the winners. Below is the list of winners and the description of the categories:

It awards titles developed by creators outside of the Japan & Asia region that have accumulated the highest sales in the Japan & Asia region from October 2021 to September 2022. Games developed in the Japan & Asia region are also awarded together with with PlayStation Studios having amassed the highest worldwide sales during the same period.

Awarded to the top 5 titles chosen by PlayStation users in the Japan and Asia regions. Nominees will be drawn from a list of the top 25 games released this year and ranked by total number of hours played.
