The success of Genshin Impact does not stop and HoYoverse has ambitious plans to expand the franchise. During Tokyo Game Show 2022the company surprised with a big announcement: it will take Genshin Impact beyond video games with an animated project.
That’s right, the popular title will have an anime and will be made by a renowned studio: Ufotable, known for its work on the equally successful Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The companies took advantage of the event to confirm their alliance and show a first preview of their project.

What we know about the anime of Genshin Impact
For now there is very little information about the anime of Genshin Impact, but we do know that HoYoverse and Ufotable will have a long-term collaboration to adapt the series and explore more of its world in a new way. The animation studio is no stranger to video game adaptations, having previously worked on an anime of Tales of Zestiria.
As we mentioned, he has also been in charge of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, one of the most popular anime of the moment. He also recently produced Demon Slayer: Mugen Train.
