Crunchyroll is one of the most important Japanese animation streaming platforms. Thanks to her commitment to fans, she has become an essential relay point for judging the quality of an anime. This year, the platform is preparing for the 6e edition of the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. A jury made up of fans and a few people will compile the list of the best anime in 2021.

It’s time to vote!
For this year, nearly 150 nominees were divided into 26 categories. The animes that will compete are not only from Crunchyroll, but from 8 different platforms. In addition, 40 production studios will engage in the battle. To vote, all you have to do is log in to the official Crunchyroll Anime Awards website. Voting closes January 25. The results will be announced on February 9.
Anime with several nominations
Some anime have been nominated in more than one category. These include Attack on Titan which comes away with 8 nominations. The most incredible thing is that Eren is part of both the antagonist and protagonist categories. Indeed, his true intentions remain unclear. Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Infinity Train is nominated in 6 categories including Best Picture.
On the newcomer side, we have ODD Taxi which features in 11 categories with its first season alone. Ranking of Kings meanwhile is doing well with 6 nominations including that of best boy, which fits perfectly with the character of Boji.
