Jujutsu Kaisen is currently one of the most popular anime. According to Oricon, as of 2021 the manga has sold thirty million copies worldwide. One of the most popular characters in the series is Nobara Kugisaki. As one of three first-year students at Tokyo Jujutsu High, Nobara greatly influenced the show.
Nobara has an unwavering personality and she has always stayed true to herself. Despite his somewhat abrasive outward demeanor, Nobara cares deeply for his friends and can get along with many different types of people. Given the chance, Nobara could befriend characters from several different anime.
ten Nobara would get along well with Taiga Kagami
Taiga Kagami’s Kuroko’s Basketball has a similar personality to Nobara, so they would get along pretty well. Since they’re just as stubborn, they’d probably bump heads every once in a while, but they’d get along regardless.
Taiga never gives up when the going gets tough and he’s always there to cheer his teammates up when a match seems hopeless. Nobara does the same. Both characters are shameless themselves, and they’re both natural leaders in a sense. Nobara would probably also like to get on Taiga’s nerves to see her reaction – similar to how she and Yuji like to get under Megumi’s skin from time to time.
9 Nobara and Mikasa would make a team of killers
If Nobara has ever met Mikasa Ackerman from The attack of the Titans, the two would make an impressive duo. If these two were ever to team up, all the Titans and Cursed Spirits within a fifty meter radius would run for the hills.
Also, their personalities would balance well. Both are shameless themselves and they do their best to fiercely protect their friends. Additionally, Nobara’s optimism would help illuminate Mikasa’s rather cynical outlook on the world. Nobara would hold Mikasa in the same respect she holds Maki.
8 Nobara and Natsu would be great friends
One of the rockiest friendships would be Nobara and Natsu Dragneel from Fairy tale. The two would probably bicker constantly, but all while having fun. They are both very individualistic, but both are fiercely protective of their friends.
If the two were to fight side by side, it would be a fascinating dynamic. Natsu likes to cause massive destruction in his fights, while Nobara’s cursed abilities are more targeted at one or two enemies at a time. While Natsu is more impulsive, Nobara’s ability to think on their feet would probably be the best option to get them out of tough situations with the defeated enemy.
7 Nobara and Kurapika would have an interesting dynamic
Nobara would definitely get along well with Kurapika from Hunter X Hunter. While Nobara can be quite brash at times, Kurapika remains levelheaded. At first, Nobara would probably find Kurapika somewhat off-putting – similar to his reaction to Megumi. Eventually, however, she would return.
If the two were to fight side by side, they would have a powerful dynamic. Their abilities are impressive and they are both quick in combat. Kurapika’s superpowered Nen skills and superhuman abilities give him a significant advantage in battle. Nobara’s strategic skills and strong jujutsu abilities make him a force to be reckoned with. If these two were to team up, it would be a terrible day for their opponent, whoever it was.
6 Nobara would get along well with Nagisa
Obvious combative compatibility aside, Nobara would get along pretty well with Nagisa Shiota from Assassination Classroom. Nobara’s straightforward personality would force Nagisa out of her shell a bit. Nagisa’s level-headed personality would balance things out a bit.
In a battle, Nagisa and Nobara are excellent strategists who aren’t too flummoxed, so they could come up with some great plans against their opponent. Although Nagisa has no supernatural abilities, her ability to remain calm and unassuming when attacking her opponent has scared several characters in the series. Nobara, on the other hand, wants to get the job no matter what it takes. Neither character is hasty in their goals.
5 Nobara and Maki Oze would make a strong team
Maki Oze by fire force shares many qualities with Nobara. For one thing, they’re both independent and don’t tolerate nonsense in a fight. They both refuse to change for anyone and they are rightly confident in their abilities.
Maki and Nobara take their respective roles seriously and refuse to let anything trivial interfere. The two would clash a bit, given that Maki is significantly more emotional than Nobara. However, the two would still make a strong team and get along well.
4 Nobara would be a great addition to Baku squad
fans of my hero academia refer to Katsuki Bakugo, Eijiro Kirishima, Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, and Mina Ashido as the “Baku-Squad”. Nobara would be a great addition to the crew. Notably, she would likely be close friends with Katsuki. He only respects people he considers strong and formidable adversaries. This was seen during his fight against Ochako, who impressed him with her willpower and quick thinking.
Nobara would certainly meet the criteria for this. Suppose Katsuki had to fight against Nobara in a situation like the UA Sports Festival or the Sister School Swap Event. In that case, he would have no choice but to respect Nobara’s strength and indomitable will. Plus, their personalities would likely produce hilarious results. The two would probably bicker constantly, but support each other regardless.
3 Nobara reportedly kicks Saeko Tanaka
Saeko Tanaka from Haikyu! is Ryuunosuke Tanaka’s older sister. Saeko has a loud and outspoken personality. Similar to Nobara, she is extremely confident in herself. Because of this, she was the obvious choice to lead the taiko drumming group that cheers on Karasuno at all of their matches.
Nobara would probably like Saeko’s reckless nature and would like to be with her. The two would get along very well and would probably enjoy making fun of the Karasuno members while cheering them on.
2 Nobara and Draken would get along well
Draken of Tokyo avengers would definitely get along well with Nobara. Despite his wild personality, he is one of the more mature members of the Toyko Manji gang. While someone like Mikey would probably annoy Nobara, she would probably find Draken enjoyable to be around because they’re very similar.
They are both decisive individuals who fiercely protect their friends. They aren’t overly affectionate with their friends, but they show concern in their own way, such as when Nobara punished Yuji for being dead, resurrected, and not telling him about it. Nobara and Draken are confident and don’t need anyone else’s permission to do anything, so they would have a pretty cool dynamic.
1 Nobara and Jolyne Cujoh have complementary personalities
Nobara would no doubt be friends with Jolyne Cujoh from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Ocean of Stone. They both have strong wills and are fiercely independent. They both stay true to themselves and refuse to change for anyone. They both protect the people they care about and would rather be killed than surrender. Jolyne and Nobara would bring out the best in each other.
Jolyne and Nobara are very similar, so they would get along well. They are both reasonably outgoing outside of combat and can converse with almost anyone. They both say what they think, regardless of what others think. They are both unashamedly themselves and they would respect each other. In combat, Nobara’s Straw Doll Technique would complement Jolyne’s Stone Free perfectly. Any enemy that has to face these two should be very, very scared.
