While MAPPA is broadcasting chain saw manone of the best anime of the year, fans of the studio are waiting for news from The attack of the Titansthe last part of the finale of which is scheduled for 2023. However, we probably already know the date.
The most anticipated anime of 2023
In just a few years, the MAPPA studio has become one of the main players in contemporary Japanese animation. The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen in 2020, then the first two parts of the final season of The attack of the Titans, gave it its letters of nobility. While MAPPA is currently broadcasting chain saw manwhich specialized critics consider one of the best anime of 2022, the studio founded by Masao Maruyama will amaze us throughout the year 2023.
Indeed, on January 10, 2023, we will be able to discover the second season of Vinland Saga. If its first season developed by WIT Studios was of excellent quality, and enjoys a great reputation, fans of Makoto Yukimura’s manga are expecting a lot from this second round of episodes, which will notably adapt the Slave Arc, often considered a writing model. Same thing with the second season of Jujutsu Kaisenwhich according to the teaser released yesterdaywill be released in July 2023, and which will adapt two major arcs of Gege Akutami’s manga: The Tale of Gojo and Geto, as well as the Drama of Shibuya, the latter of which is particularly praised by shonen fans. In the meantime, we will discover the first season of Hell’s Paradisebased on the manga by Yūji Kaku, scheduled for April 2023and which the new images released last night promise a high quality anime!
However, while the final part of season 4 of The attack of the Titans is undoubtedly the most anticipated anime of the year 2023, MAPPA has still not communicated a release date, much to the despair of the most impatient fans. Nevertheless, the information that we have identified in the previous paragraph allows us to have a fairly precise idea as to its exit window.. Indeed, from January 2023, MAPPA plans to release a big anime every three months (January, April, July). We can therefore expect an output of attack on titan final season part 3 for the month of October 2023.
A release date that makes sense, when we remember that the month of October was the month chosen for the release of chain saw manlaunched on October 12. This would allow MAPPA to end the year 2023 in style. It remains to be seen what the reception of the last part of the anime will be; indeed, we remember that the end of the manga had been strongly criticized by part of the public, pushing mangaka Hajime Isayama to apologize.
Either way, we’re eagerly awaiting the release of this final round of episodes from the adventures of Eren, Armin, and Mikasa.
