Volume 18 of Dragon Ball Super by Toyotaro and Akira Toriyama came out on April 4, 2022 in Japan. It is titled “Bardock, Son Goku’s father” and compile the chapters 77 to 80 continuing the arc of Granola the Survivor currently running in V-Jump magazine in Japan.

As usual the tankobon/tome adds some new images to separate the different chapters and this time we even have an illustration for the film Dragon Ball Super – SUPER HERO.

Just in terms of number of volumes, it’s now comparable to Doctor Slump. Akira Toriyama started Dragon Ball from there, so it’s like I’m standing at the starting line too. I no longer have the excuse of not having enough experience. I will do my best !
A secret character for the movie Dragon Ball Super – Super Hero has been teased with the merchandising of a cup of café au lait. Is this a character really kept secret. If so, will it be revealed on April 16, 2022?
Because a special video for the film is planned for this date in Japan.
Volume 18 was released on April 4, 2022 in Japan. the volume 17 of Dragon Ball Super will be released on July 6, 2022 in France.
