When is My Hero Academia season 6 release date?

The sixth season of My Hero Academia is expected on October 1, 2022 in France, at the same time as in Japan. This new season will focus on one of the manga’s most beloved arcs: Paranormal Liberation War, which covers no less than 53 chapters. A powerful organization of “villains”, the Paranormal Liberation Front is the result of the merger between the League of Villains and the remnants of the Liberation Army of Super Powers. This new group of antagonists will see Tenko Shimura (aka Tomura Shigaraki) and its nine officers oppose our heroes.


Who are the creatives behind My Hero Academia Season 6?

Like the previous five seasons, this new burst of episodes is produced by Bones Studio (Fullmetal Alchemist). Kenji Nagasakiwho also worked on the films, is the director and Yōsuke Kuroda (Btooom!), the screenwriter. The character design was entrusted to Yoshihiko Umakoshi (Saint Seiya Omega). Finally, the music is composed by Yuki Hayashi (One Piece: Gold).

The cast of previous seasons remains unchanged, with Daiki Yamashita (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) as Izuku Midoriya, Nobuhiko Okamoto (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) in that of Katsuki Bakugo, Kenta Miyake (Bleach, Naruto) in All Might’s, and Ayane Sakura (Attack on Titan) in that of Ochako Uraraka. Koki Uchiyama (Jujutsu Kaisen) lends his voice to main antagonist Tomura Shigaraki.
