The Wano arc saw a turning point in the animation of One Piece ! Indeed, Toei Animation had warned that they were going to put the package from the start for this arc as important. Even if certain changes such as the excessive addition of auras or too bright colors could have put some people off. They also listened to the fans to reduce these effects. What remains the biggest weak point of the anime therefore remains its completely broken rhythm.

2023 is the year of the One Piece anime according to one of its animators
Recently, a well-known One Piece animator to talk freely about his work at Toei, Henry Thurlow has however made a rather controversial statement, saying that 2023 is the year of One Piece and not that of Demon Slayer or even Bleach.
The longest One Piece saga in the whole series is ending with (I promise you) the best animated episodes in the series.
Bleach and Demon Slayer etc (while great! I’m a fan of these, not a hater) are not showing their biggest climax battles.
2023 is One Piece’s year. No doubt.—Henry Thurlow (@henry_thurlow) April 23, 2023

Thurlow doesn’t overshadow any of the rival series, making it clear that he doesn’t hate Bleach or Demon Slayer, but neither will feature their most important climactic battles in 2023, thus giving One Piece the edge. He further explains that fans have had tons of great fights before, but there are many more insane historical moments to come.
We`re already into the final battles & you all *STILL* not ready for them. Bwahahaha.

Sanji’s Ifrit
Toei Animation, the studio responsible for adapting One Piece, is no stranger to producing high-quality anime, with other notable works including Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, and Digimon.
The other anime that could dominate 2023
During this time, Demon Slayer: The Blacksmith Village Arc is in full swing with Tanjiro and other Slayers taking on the Upper Moons who have managed to infiltrate the village.
Bleach Thousand Year Blood War returns in July 2023 with its part 2. “The Separations” which is to include a never-before-seen fight scene that was not in the manga.
As 2023 looms, the question on everyone’s mind is whether One Piece will indeed reign supreme or whether Demon Slayer, BleachI’attack on titan or even Jujutsu Kaisen will give the pirate saga a hard time.
