Game news PUBG Mobile: the date of its collaboration with the best manga of the year revealed, what can we expect?
Like Fortnite with its Naruto collaboration, PlayerUnknown’s BattleGround (PUBG) also integrates popular manga into its game. This is evidenced by its upcoming collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen.
- PUBG X Jujutsu Kaisen
- Itadori and Gojo in PUBG?
PUBG X Jujutsu Kaisen
Announced several months ago, the collaboration between the best-selling manga in Japan in 2021 and one of the most popular battle royales of the moment took a while to arrive but it’s here soon. And no, we are not talking about the arrival of Naruto in Fortnite but of Jujutsu Kaisen in PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrouds Mobile. The date was made official today on Twitter and on Youtube, via a teaser announcement:
If we do not yet know in what form this collaboration will take place, we know today that it will take place on February 15 on the mobile version of the title.
Itadori and Gojo in PUBG?
This isn’t the first time PUBG has teamed up with big anime productions. The latest? A partnership with Arcane, the series produced by Riot which settles in the universe of League of Legends. On the menu then, new outfits corresponding to the heroes of the series, hextech weapons and a map revisited for the occasion.
We can therefore expect a similar treatment brought by this association between PUBG and Jujutsu Kaisen. Outfits evoking the manga’s key characters, such as Ryûji Itadori, Gojô Satoru and Megumi Fushiguro or even a map inspired by the manga universe: a large abandoned building, serving as the perfect hiding place for shelter or finding the best weapons of the moment.
Response on February 15 with the arrival of the event on the mobile version of PUBG.
