The collaboration between PUBG Mobile and Jujutsu Kaisen began: all the content that the game added

Talk about PUBG and jujutsu kaisen is to talk about two of the most popular franchises worldwide at the moment. Now both have come together in a collaboration that will cross the universe of the video game -in its mobile version- and the manga, which has its anime adaptation that attracts attention from all over the world.

According to what they described in the communication that accompanied the official start of the crossover, they are going to add “cosplay sets of the protagonists of the series, enemies of the Cursed Corpses, hunting of containers with Cursed Objects, new special emotes”, along with others themed items. All the collaboration -which is available in angel and Livik– will be extended until March 15which will mean that players have almost a month of exclusive content and challenges for this union.

In case someone didn’t watch the anime (or read the manga), Jujutsu Kaisen focuses on Yūji Itadori, a student who, after a series of unexpected events, ends up swallowing a finger that carries a curse. Without spoilers, although that leads to some negative situations, it also implies that he can develop new supernatural abilities.

The protagonist will be one of the characters that will land in the mobile game, but it will not be the only one, since they will also join Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo. All of them will be available through Cosplay Sets and players will be able to collect and use them when entering battles.

“Choose between themed Ranked Modes in Erangel or Livik, where players will be able to battle within a themed mode. On every map, players will find Cursed Item containers, which protect Sukuna’s Sealed Fingers. Find and collect all the fingers to earn special rewards and achievements. Although they warned that the containers are not going to be easy to detect for everyone who does not check the clues in the Cycle system first.

In addition, in the theme mode you can also appear the Cursed Corpses and the Cursed Corpse grenade is available, although they anticipated that the chances of them appearing on the map are low. Once it is released, players will summon a Cursed Corpse Boss that they can defeat for rewards that will help them get a Chicken Dinner.

The latest news, for now, is that players will be able to accumulate Exploration Progress to get special themed rewards: “special temporary emotes, Yuji Itadori Cosplay Sets and Decorations, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojo, custom weapons, vehicle outfits and items such as the Cursed Corpse Cathy, available as a companion”, they listed . Those who want to keep these items permanently will be able to upgrade them from temporary to permanent throughout the period in which the collaboration extends.

Jujutsu Kaisen is also preparing to welcome you to different content. In the coming months, the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is going to be released in the rest of the world, after a very successful premiere in Japan. A few weeks ago it was confirmed that it will hit theaters from the United States and Canada on March 18 and it is expected that the date on which it will do so in Latin America will eventually be announced.

What’s more, just a few days ago the second season of the anime was officially confirmed which will arrive sometime during 2023. The novelty came from the casting of the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and it is expected that the narrative will resume from the point where it left off after the first part.
