Good plan alert: clearfiles offered for the purchase of Naruto tomes

From this week, a loyalty card is offered to fans of the hero and a sizeable reward is to be collected.

Faced with the growing interest of the French public for manga, new titles are constantly appearing in bookstores. But some classics continue to be talked about. And this is the case of narutowhose first publication dates back to 2002. Ninja fans will have understood that this year is the occasion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the masashi kishimoto manga and beautiful surprises are to come.

An anniversary to celebrate now in store

The first to celebrate the hero of Konoha is the famous publisher Kana, which has set up a vast operation for fans. From this week, it is possible to request a free Naruto loyalty card from your bookseller or Fnac, which will be filled with a stamp for each volume of the series purchased. After three, the buyer will receive a set of two clearfiles (plastic pockets open on the side and the top where you can slip a few sheets). A great gift for hardcore Konoha ninja fans, but beware: the offer will be valid while stocks last, in participating bookstores, of which Fnac is a part.

Three different sets of clearfiles are provided, so the loyalty card contains space for nine stamps. Note that this operation only concerns the classic edition of naruto. As for the Hokage edition, the launch of which has been postponed to April 15, other goodies and bonuses are planned but will be revealed in due time. Close to a deluxe version, it is a French creation that Kana editions were able to design in agreement with the Japanese publisher Shûeisha. Fans will therefore be able to enjoy a large format edition (140x213mm), made up of double volumes of between 380 and 400 pages. Inside, they will notably be able to find color pages as well as bonuses, Munken paper and jackets with matt lamination & spotted varnish.

A musical experience not to be missed

Despite an adventure completed in 2016, the mischievous and clever blond ninja never ceases to attract. Result: nearly two million copies have still been sold in France in 2021 according to the publisher Kana, or a volume purchased every 15 seconds. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Masashi Kishimoto’s famous creation will also be entitled to a crazy anniversary since 2022 will also be the opportunity to discover a special Naruto movie-concert. The credits and songs of the series will be performed by a symphony orchestra and, at the same time, a 2h20 film from the 220 episodes of the anime will be screened.

During this great musical event, fifty musicians will be on stage and several traditional instruments very present in the music of naruto should be on the agenda. For example, there will be a question of the shamisen, a sort of three-stringed banjo, the shakuhachi, a bamboo flute, or the taiko, a large drum generally played standing up. So many objects that will cohabit with more pop instruments like the guitar or the drums. In addition, prestigious guests from Japan are also expected for what is sure to be a memorable anniversary.
