Naruto plays with an exile after new Boruto chapter

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations saw franchise creator Shonen return as author of the manga, Masashi Kishimoto wasting no time in changing the world of the Hidden Leaf forever. In the final chapter, the battle against Code, the new leader of the Kara Organization, continues. A certain event made many believe that an exile could take place in Konoha’s future, as the line between villain and hero continues to blur and the Shonen series progresses.

In the final chapter of Boruto’s manga, Momoshiki once again took control of Boruto’s body, with the drugs administered by Amado seemingly unable to keep the Otsutsuki at bay. With the son of the Seventh Hokage becoming as great a threat, if not more, than Code and his allies within the new iteration of the Kara Organization, the village of the Hidden Leaf may have to make some heavy decisions about how they are going to move forward with this time bomb within them.

A Boruto fan has put forward the idea that Konoha might need to exercise Naruto’s son, given that the young ninja wreaks as much havoc, if not more, than the members of Kara who seek revenge for the loss of their leader, Jigen, in the manga’s previous arc:

The final moments of the final chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations introduce an unexpected variation in the fight against Kara, as Kawaki demonstrates that he is still able to access the power of Karma and thus returns to his strongest state. With Naruto and Shikamaru on the scene, the fight against Code is likely to end badly for Konoha, especially since the Shadow Manipulator appears to be vastly outclassed by the power levels that make up this brawl. Needless to say, fans have reason to be concerned, especially since Kishimoto has already killed characters like Kurama and Jigen in previous chapters.
