Masashi Kishimoto’s original franchise reached a huge new milestone over the course of 2022 when it kicked off the 20th anniversary celebration of the first premiere of the adaptation of animeand the franchise has been brought back to life as fans gear up for all sorts of new projects as part of the 20th Anniversary.
So it’s just a matter of seeing where the franchise takes this year, as Naruto is gearing up for an even bigger 2023, with anime and manga releases, kicking off big new arcs, and that means it’s the perfect time to celebrate the franchise and catch up on what’s to come.
The anime itself is gearing up for the coming year and is therefore celebrating it with special new posters featuring both the original Naruto team and young shinobi, as well as the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations team.
Let’s remember that Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is expecting a particularly fruitful 2023, as the manga has officially planted the seeds for its next big arc after the first fight with Code.
