Naruto: the advertisement highlights the official smartphone of the hero

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations currently focuses on the next line of ninja from Hidden Leaf Village, who are trying to protect the ninja world from the Kara Organization and a variety of different threats. While Boruto Uzumaki and Team 7 take center stage in the anime and manga, we still see past incarnations of the Seventh Hokage appear in various promotional materials and merchandise. The official Shonen franchise smartphone has released new artwork to celebrate the device’s arrival thanks to one of the TV series’ greatest animators.

Unfortunately for fans outside of China, getting your hands on this brand new smartphone, which recently hit the market, might be impossible as the producers, Realme China, have not confirmed a worldwide release of the device. With an aesthetic that would make the Seventh Hokage proud, “The Realme GT Neo 3 Naruto Edition” currently retails for around $415 and comes in its own ninja roll, true to the anime franchise created by Masashi Kishimoto, who may not have not being Naruto in the driver’s seat, but still has a lot for the current Hokage to do when it comes to protecting the ninja world.

Animator Chengxi Huang, who has worked on Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Netflix’s Castlevania, and Sword Art Online, has shared a new artwork for the new Naruto cell phone, featuring the Seventh Hokage traveling to the past and promoting the device while sporting the look it had for most of Naruto: Shippuden:

Realme has released a new look of the cell phone that seeks to honor the ninja who has saved the village of Hidden Leaf and the world from the ninjas more times than can be counted. The device also has a unique wallpaper to give it that Naruto feel:

Currently, the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime and manga are taking divergent paths, though surprisingly the TV series focuses on far more death and destruction than its source material by telling an original story in the Land. Waves which sees Team 7 losing several allies. Needless to say, the future looks tough for Konoha’s ninjas in all areas of storytelling.
