Naruto has been one of the most successful franchises in the world. since its first publication in 1999, so more than one could recognize the ninja wherever they see him. From the colors of his uniform to the typical way the character runs, throwing his arms back. Although it ended in November 2014, the work of mangaka Kishimoto has inspired all kinds of tributes, among fans with some of the most creative fan arts, or some collectibles and spin-offs in collaboration with various companies.
The collection that is inspired by the Sage of the Six Paths, Madara Uchiha and Kurama
And, speaking of Naruto’s peculiar way of running, Nike recently announced to fans of the series that it would soon be collaborating with Jordan to release commemorative sneakers from the series.. The advertisement is in modern notoriety and they just show some of the best shoes that have been seen regarding the world of anime, in the hands of Zion Williams and Jodan. In fact, they are fantastic, as their creative design gives them a special brand touch.
The first view of this collection is quite interesting, since we can see, first of all, that the details of each of the pairs are related to the characters that have basically provided support for the narrative of the series and, therefore, They have played a fundamental role in it. Actually, the collection consists of three pairs, of which the first is inspired by the Sage of the Six Paths; the second, in Madara Uchiha; and the third, in Kurama.
As you can see below, these are the respective announcements that we have of the long-awaited collection by Naruto fans:
For more details, you can refer to the official website.
As we have previously mentioned, the first design is inspired by the wise man, so the company has taken up the orange and yellow colors that represent him in Naruto. In fact, the form of the Six Paths of Naruto is the one who uses all those colors to distinguish himself, and the slippers even carry in their design the symbols that the ninja has on his cape.
For its part, the second pair is based on Madara Uchiha, the legendary shinobi, with black and white vibes. Even the red details on the front of the shoe take reference from the Zion 1, which represents the Uchiha leader’s sharingan.
And, finally, the shoes that are inspired by Kurama are the most striking in terms of color, taking in a certain way the scene of the red-tinted beast. Specifically, this pair of shoes is a model based on the rage form that Naruto adopts when he unlocks Kurama’s fourth tail (to be precise, the first time he had this little entity). Hence, the references lean towards what we have seen of the host, especially on the back of the shoe, which has a chakra symbol.
Unfortunately the shoes have not gone on sale, but for fans of anime and Nike sneakers you can keep an eye out for its release. to the best of our knowledge the cost of each of the pairs will be 130 dollars and they will surely be sold out as soon as they go on sale, so we will have to wait for you to get yours, or, finally, wait to see if the brands decide to launch other equally incredible pairs to imitate the witty way of running of the protagonist of the Serie.
The characters that gave life to this collection
In case you don’t know the details of the characters that were part of Nike’s inspiration to create these incredible sneakers, we explain a little about them:
Hagaromo Otsutsuki, later known as the Sage of the Six Paths, was a monk whose wishes were focused on world peace. The enigmatic figure of him was revered as the god he founded in Ninshu and, moreover, took it upon himself to create the shinobi world on earth.
Madara Uchiha was a mythical shinobi who co-founded Konoha and took the reins of the Uchiha clan for a long time. In fact, it is known that he is the past reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki and subsequently captured the nine Tailed Beasts to become the last Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails.
Kurama, also known as “nine tails” was a small tailed beast that inhabited the body of Naruto Uzumaki. He was considered to be the most powerful of the nine beasts created by the Sage of the Six Paths. Likewise, Kurama’s chakra was divided into two parts that ended up being unified within Naruto after the significant events of the Fourth Shinobi World War.
