This year 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of the premiere of the Naruto anime and its creators have been celebrating it for the past few months. To show the two new spin-offs of the manga: Sasuke’s Story, centered on the relationship between Sakura and Sasuke, and Konoha’s Story, on the new disciple that Kakashi and Gai train since their retirement. Even so, the icing on the cake, the main course, the big announcement with which it is planned to commemorate the date will not arrive until next December 17 and the networks are burning with all kinds of leaks and rumors. The most popular has to do with Boruto’s ending and the existence of a Naruto remake that changes the series ending and turns everything that happened with his son into Madara’s genjutsu. and, we know how that sounds, but pay attention to the following trailer:
Complete Boruto in 2023 and collect Naruto from the fight with Madara
What if Naruto had never come out of Madara’s cocoon? What if everything about reconciling with Sasuke, his appointment as Hokage and the family he formed with Hinata was just a dream? End Boruto in 2023 and relaunch Naruto after the fight with Madara. This is what the video on these lines offers, which many have confused with an official trailer and taken for granted that it is the big announcement that is brewing. What is true?
The truth is that nothing. Smoke. Leaks. rumors. conspiracy theories. The video is nothing more than a fan’s creation and until December 17th we won’t know what the real announcement for the series is. It must be admitted that no one is completely satisfied with Boruto. After the end of Naruto Shippuden, Masashi Kishimoto left the characters in the hands of his assistants and disassociated himself from the sequel, at least until, eleven volumes later and with fans worried about some of the machinations of the intrigue, the author decides to take over the reins.
Since then, things have improved, but no, it wouldn’t be crazy for Kishimoto to want to wipe the slate clean, correct Boruto’s mistakes by transforming everything into filler and resume Naruto from the fight with Madara, developing in another way what what happened there and what happened after. Tell the adventures that the kyubi still had to face before becoming Hokage. The dream of Resins in anime version.
A remake of Naruto without padding and with a new animation?
In any case, it is better to keep your feet on the ground. The most plausible is that we are faced with a remake of Naruto with a more modern and up-to-date animation style, as has happened in so many other productions. An OFFICIAL video of what it might look like was released this summer and the result was spectacular. Even youtubers like Mr. Beast have offered to pay to make this possible. Wouldn’t be weird if this was the big announcement they’ve been planning since Pierrot: remastering all of Naruto without filler from 2023, perhaps changing something else in the story. But from there to taking out Boruto in a pluzamo, there’s a stretch, though… and if so?
We will be looking forward to December 17, when you obviously have to cancel all your plans now and clear the agenda. Kage bunshin no jutsu!
How much do I have to pay to have each episode like this?
