This year’s Royal Rumble for the WWE Women’s Division began with Sasha Banks entering the ring wearing a Sailor Moon-inspired outfit, but that was far from the last anime reference present in this royal battle. Zelina Vega was the seventh fighter to enter the ring and she wore the outfit of one of Naruto’s deadliest foes, Madara Uchiha. Needless to say, it’s clear that more than a few superstars are fans of the anime world.
If you are unfamiliar with the anime character known as Madara Uchiha, he is one of the most powerful rogue ninjas in the Naruto franchise, but he ultimately died at the end of the known sequel series. under the name of naruto shippuden. Madara himself has certainly earned his place among the most powerful ninjas in the world, single-handedly taking on an entire army of ninjas and having the ability to gather meteors from space to hurl at his opponents. The Uchiha clan member was a member of the nefarious group known as Akatsuki, who attempted to kidnap Naruto in order to fulfill his dream of taking over the world.
The official WWE Twitter account grabbed a quick clip of Zelina Vega entering the ring wearing the outfit of the most evil member of the Uchiha clan, who was one of the main villains of naruto shippuden and was also Sasuke Uchiha’s ancestor who was brought back from the dead:

Although Sasha Banks dressed as an anime character herself, as mentioned earlier, that wasn’t enough to save her from being thrown over the ropes.
