As you know, with every new month comes new anime titles on Netflix that you will definitely want to tune into, and March 2022 is definitely no exception. But before we officially welcome this new month, let’s take a look at what we’ve been blessed with before.
In February 2022, Netflix offered us Sword Art Online season 4, Kamiari Child Monthand Orbital children part 2 – three of the most intriguing sci-fi series we’ve ever seen. Each of these titles implemented sci-fi in their own way, whether with horror or with a coming-of-age story and, although they are very different from each other, they have us all left a lasting impression.
Of course, February 2022 anime titles are still available to watch or rewatch on Netflix anytime, but if you’re in the mood for something new, then let’s dive into this March 2022 anime lineup.

Kotaro lives alone

Coming first is none other than heartwarming anime Kotaro lives alone.
In this title, we are joined by a five-year-old boy named Kotaro Sato, who is charged with the enormous responsibility of raising himself. Kotaro being so young and ignorant, he is unaware of the many complexities that come with living alone and learning to survive. Fortunately, he meets a manga artist named Shin Karino who grows to like Kotaro enough to take him in.
Kotaro and Shin embark on this new chapter of their lives which will certainly be full of uncertainties and trials, but as long as they are together they will be fine.

One Piece Movie: A Strong World

Netflix likes A play, and A play fans certainly love Netflix. But fan love for the site may have just doubled now that Netflix is adding One Piece Movie: Strong World, one of the most popular films in the anime franchise.
The movie, which was officially released in 2009, is loved by everyone mainly because of its many action scenes, hilarious jokes, great themes, and of course, great storytelling. However, what fans loved (and still love) the most about this title is its ability to make them feel invincible and strong enough to handle any situation, just like Monkey D. Luffy.

So far in this March 2022 anime list, we have a coming of age title, a modern art title, and an action-adventure title. There is only one historical animated series left! Luckily, the latest anime title fills the spot – well, sort of.
Thermae Romae Novae
Release date: March 28
Thermae Romae Novae is our last anime title on the list. But fair warning, this anime is nothing, absolutely nothing, like what you would expect it to be.
By a wild accident, a bathhouse architect named Lucius from ancient Rome finds himself in the future, where everything is very different from what he knows. From being confused by how the toilet works to not knowing what a bath slipper is, he’s definitely out of his element. Luckily, his stroke of luck isn’t so bad that he sees this new experience as an opportunity to find some much-needed inspiration for his next bathhouse design.
How on earth will Lucius survive in modern Japan, and what obstacles will he face as he navigates new technology? We’ll have to watch every episode to find out, but in the meantime we can enjoy this hysterical official trailer to Thermae Romae Novae below.
