Bandai Namco Europe has announced the development of One Piece Odysseya new turn-based role-playing game set in the universe of the famous One Piece manganime, featuring an original story and new characters created under the watchful eye of the man himself. series creator, Eiichiro Oda.
The game has been announced during a special broadcast of one pieceand will be launched in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the original manga and it will be a canon story that will offer all the humor and chemistry of the anime. One Piece Odyssey is being developed by ILCA Inc. and its release is scheduled for 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
One Piece Odyssey is a new role-playing game that transports players to the fantastic world of One Piece. During your trip, the Straw Hat pirates, led by Monkey D. Luffy, is consumed by a great sea storm and stranded on a mysterious island in the eye of said storm. They will end up separated from each other in this natural environment, with the Thousand Sunny completely destroyed, so our crew will have no choice but to set out on a new adventure full of wonderful environments, powerful enemies and strange encounters with the islanders.
