The next November 3 premieres “One Piece film: Red” in Argentine cinemas. Directed by Gorō Taniguchi develops the meeting between Mokey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates with Uta, a famous singer.
What was apparently going to be a smooth concert changes when Luffy reveals what many do not know: the artist is the daughter of the Pirate Emperor, Shanks. This is what the film is about, one of the most anticipated by the followers of history.
The “One Piece” manga was created by Eiichiro Oda 25 years ago and since its publication (1997) it was the best-selling not only for the Shueisha publishing house but also in Japan, “for 11 years in a row, from 2007 to 2018” and reached “more than 516 million copies sold worldwide”, as detailed in a statement.
The television adaptation came with the anime in 1999. Since then it reached more than 80 countries and regions. It is also considered one of those with the most episodes: let us remember that in November of last year it dedicated a special to its thousandth chapter.
