One Piece Odyssey announced, a JRPG game coming this year

To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of One Piece, bandai namco announced today the future launch of One Piece Odysseywhich puts you in a world in which the author of the One Piece manga himself has worked, Eiichiro Oda, while the game’s music is provided by Motoi Sakuraba, a composer who has been behind Dark Souls and the Tales of series. As far as the story is concerned, it will take us to a mysterious island with unknown ruins and monsters.

For the rest, the game will reach almost all platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X | S, so Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles are left out. Regarding the release date, we only know what will come this year.

One Piece Odyssey is an RPG project packed with unique One Piece adventure elements that fans have longed for. The process of creating this project has taken several years. The idea was for fans to enjoy the genuine world of One Piece, and now it’s ready for release!
