One Piece once again moors at the top of the Top 20 – Livres Hebdo

In a classification GfK/weekly books which remains stable in this 50th week of the year 2022, the original edition of the 103e volume of One Piece, The liberating warrior (Eiichiro Oda, Glénat) immediately grabbed first place on the podium. This instant rise is not insignificant as the end-of-year celebrations approach and is accompanied by a renewal of the youth offer (from albums to novels via paperback editions) which sees the reappearance of its most popular figures. more emblematic like JK Rowling. Omnipresent in the ranking of children’s paperbacks thanks to Harry Potterit also stands out at the 5e place of this ranking with The Ickaboghis new children’s book (Folio Jeunesse).

As for the general classification, Eiichiro Oda’s manga is followed by volume 6 of The Arab of the future of Riad Sattouf (Allary editions) and volume 29 of Adventures of Blake and Mortimer: Based on the Characters of Edgar P. Jacobs. A second new manga should be noted this week: Kaiju No. 8, Vol. 7 of Naoya Matsumoto (Crunchyroll), which climbs to 17e position. He is shortly followed by Beirut-sur-Seine of Sabyl Ghoussoub (Stock) in 19e place, a few days after being distinguished from the Goncourt 2022 for high school students.

Some discreet arrivals in thematic tops
