10 – DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO
Donquixote Doflamingo is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates, a former Shichibukaithe most underworld influencer codenamed “Joker”, and is a former World Noble from the Donquixote family. He is 41 years old.
