With the arrival of One Piece Film: Red to the cinemas, Toei Animation joins Van’s for the launch of a special shoe based on the popular anime. They are the One Piece x Vans Authentic, available from November 10 in the United States.
One Piece Film: Red was released in August in Japan, and it is expected in the United States and Latin America soon, in November.
Directed by Goro Taniguchi and written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, it tells the story of de Uta, the world’s most beloved singer, who will reveal her identity at a concert.
There will collide pirates, the Navy and the Straw Hats led by Luffy, classic characters that in one hour and 55 minutes will give us moments of action, emotion and laughter.
It is the 15th movie of the One Piece saga, and to celebrate it, Toei Animation and Vans make public the One Piece x Vans Authentic, their first big collaboration.
Vans succeeds Kappa as supplier of the shoes, although there have also been explosive custom models.

The Vans Authentic One Piece model is shown with a straw hat-inspired fabric on the upper, plus hemp rope cords reminiscent of sailing ropes.
Different motifs of the series’ pirate flag can also be seen on the silhouette, as well as a broken compass pointing to the Vans branding on the tongue.
Their light blue insoles are embellished by co-branding, while white rubber midsoles and red bottoms complete the iteration.
In accordance with hypebeast, The One Piece x Vans Authentic will be sold at select online stores and retailers beginning November 10 for $90. A bargain for fans of the series.
