Zoro’s final opponent won’t be Mihawk?

What if Dracule Mihawk wasn’t the biggest opponent Zoro could face? What if, in reality, the greatest swordsman to defeat was the very one who beat Mihawk.

Defeated by whom? Shanks? Shiryu? Fujitora? Mihawk could potentially be defeated by one of the Gorosei.

Let’s talk about his sword first. Despite the types of swords, their creators, and the series, there are 3 classes of swords: 12 in the first class, 21 in the second class and 50 in the third class. The Mihawk Yoru is first class and is known to be the best sword in the world. A while ago, the Gorosei would have a Kitetsu.

There are 3 Kitetsu and all of them are cursed and very good blades; Zoro currently owns the Sandai Kitetsu, one of the lowest level swords among the Meito. The Nidai Kitetsu, one of the 21 O Wazamono Meito, is among the finest blades in the world, being the second strongest of the Kitetsu swords with extraordinary sharpness and strength, tied with the legendary swords Wado Ichimonji, Shusui, Enma, and Ame no Habarkiri. After the takeover in Udon, the sword was returned to Hitetsu. Bald Gorosei should have Shodai Kitetsu. Part of the Sajio O Wazamono Meitos, the Shodai Kitetsu is one of the most powerful weapons ever created, being the strongest of the Kitetsu swords, on par with Mihawk’s Yoru and Whitebeard’s Murakumogiri. Thus, Gorosei’s sword can compete with Mihawk’s sword.

But as we all know, the wielder decides the fate of a duel, not his sword. So now we can talk about the swordsman. We don’t know anything about the Gorosei, but that’s the whole point. We don’t even know if the Admirals know the powers and history of the Gorosei, or even their name. Not to mention the young Dracule Mihawk who does nothing but stay in his castle and play with his big sword.

The Gorosei is unknown. However, we believe they all have combat powers. They all have battle scars. In the world of One Piece, power is king. To become a fleet admiral, you have to be an admiral first, and for that, you have to have Haki, etc. And if the Gorosei has one of the greatest swords, why would he bother with it? get if he can’t fight?
What we want to highlight is that the Gorosei has great combat power, maybe even greater than that of an Admiral, maybe…

akainu and gorosei

This is all just a possibility, as we’re actually more confident in Mihawk’s place as Zoro’s final opponent. But hey, there’s this thing called a twist, and that thing tends to make stories great.
