Hanagaki Takemichi is a useless part-time worker who is depressed. Takemichi is shocked by the news that his ex-girlfriend was murdered, but he is carrying on with his daily life when he is suddenly pushed onto the train tracks.
Takemichi returns to the present after shaking Naoto’s hand and is reunited with Naoto, who is now a police officer. Naoto asks Takemichi to go back in time and prevent the two leaders of the Tokyo Manji Gang from meeting.
To protect his friend Yamamoto Takuya, who is a bit fragile, Takemichi challenges Kiyomasa to a fight. Despite being beaten to the core, Takemichi doesn’t back down, which begins to cause Kiyomasa to panic. Then, Tokyo Manji Gang Commander and Vice Commander Sano Manjiro, aka Mikey, and Ryuguji Ken, aka Draken, appear.
Takemichi enjoys some happy moments with Hinata during their high school days, but is suddenly sent back to the present.
Takemichi renews his resolve as he goes back in time once more, but when he opens his eyes, he finds a girl he doesn’t know dressed only in her underwear looking down at him.
Because Moebius brutally attacked Pah-chin’s friend, the Tokyo Manji gang decides that they are going to fight Moebius. According to Naoto, Draken does not die from the conflict with Moebius, but from an internal conflict between the Tokyo Manji Gang. Takemichi returns to the present to speak with Osanai, the Moebius leader, to find out what really happened that day.
Takemichi returns to the past and tries to stop the looming conflict between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Moebius, but Mikey and Pah-chin refuse to change their minds. Meanwhile, Osanai breaks in with Moebius members to launch a surprise attack. Pah-chin challenges Osanai to a one-on-one, but Osanai is two years older than him and beats him to a pulp. Despite this, Mikey doesn’t interfere and continues to watch it happen…
After the attack started by the Moebius boss, Mikey and Draken end up at odds and then go to visit Takemichi, who was injured. Takemichi is furious when the two end up fighting and destroying a lot of his precious belongings. Akkun and the others try to stop him, but Takemichi ends up crying and says how much Toman means to him. His words reach Mikey and Draken and it seems that the mission was a success due to their reconciliation, but…
After receiving information from Naoto, Takemichi goes to the parking lot where Draken is supposed to die. He finds Draken facing off against Moebius on his behalf. Takemichi and Mitsuya try to help Draken, but are overwhelmed by the number of Moebius members. It was then that the person behind the “Draken hunt” was shown.
As the battle between Toman and Moebius led by their current leader Hanma Shuji continues, Draken ends up getting stabbed by Kiyomasa. Mikey tries to get to Draken, who is badly injured, but Hanma keeps getting in his way. Mikey then asks Takemichi to take care of him. While waiting for the ambulance, Kiyomasa and his thugs get in their way. To protect Draken, Takemichi challenges Kiyomasa one on one to settle things with him once and for all.
Takemichi manages to defeat Kiyomasa in their one on one out of sheer tenacity and with the help of Akkun and the others, they are able to protect Draken until they can get him to the ambulance. However, Draken is still unconscious. Meanwhile, the fight between Toman and Moebius came to an end. As he leaves, Hanma warns Mikey about the creation of Valhalla and the fact that he is the vice commander of this new gang.
After saving Draken’s life, Takemichi returns to the future to find out that Akkun made his dreams of becoming a hairstylist come true and the accident caused by Toman that killed Hina never happened. After meeting with Naoto, he finds out that Hina is alive and they go to see her. Just before they are supposed to see her, Takemichi begins to have some doubts because he is embarrassed by the fact that she hasn’t changed at all and suddenly says that he doesn’t want to see her.
After Hinata’s funeral, Takemichi tells a grieving Naoto what he plans to do next. Why did the same future happen even though Draken stayed by Mikey’s side? Takemichi decides that he wants to go see Draken and ask him himself, but they find out that he is no longer in Toman in this world and is on death row.
The Tokyo Manji Gang welcomed a new captain to their Third Division and it turned out to be former Moebius member Kisaki. Some members raise their doubts, but Mikey explains that they need Kisaki’s strength to face his new threat, Valhalla. But Takemichi knew that Kisaki is the reason why Toman slowly turned evil and Hina and Akkun lost their lives, so he just can’t contain himself, and…
Without pain there is no gain
Mikey asks Takemichi to bring former First Division Captain Baji Keisuke back from Valhalla. Mikey agrees to make Kisaki leave Toman if Takemichi succeeds in this mission, but also threatens to kill him if he fails. As Takemichi receives a lecture on Valhalla from Yamagishi, who has knowledge of delinquents, Valhalla’s number 3 Hanemiya Kazutora appears before them.
Once upon a time
2 years ago, Mikey, Draken, Baji, Mitsuya, Pah-chin and Kazutora made their gang uniforms and all took a trip to Kanagawa on their motorcycles. Meanwhile, his commander Mikey rode his moped, Street Hawk. They find themselves surrounded by a local biker gang, but Mikey shows no fear, telling the older gang members that he will kill them if they lay a finger on his Street Hawk.
Takemichi learns about Baji and Kazutora’s past and realizes how difficult it will be to bring Baji back to Toman. The next day, Takemichi was trying to figure out what to make of his promise to Mikey when Baji’s second-in-command, Matsuno Chifuyu, appears before him. Chifuyu seems to believe that Baji joined Valhalla not to crush Toman, but to infiltrate Valhalla and expose Kirisaki.
In the present day, Draken tells Takemichi that Kazutora ends up killing Baji in the Bloody Halloween, the fight against Toman and Valhalla, and Mikey ends up killing Kazutora. Because of that, Mikey falls into darkness, and Valhalla takes over Toman, leading to the evil organization that it is currently, led by Kisaki. Takemichi returns to the past with a new mission: to protect Baji so that this tragedy does not happen.
The Bloody Halloween conflict that results in Toman being taken over by Valhalla has finally begun. Hanma and his army of delinquents overwhelm Toman while Draken goes to great lengths to try and protect the other Toman members, putting him at a disadvantage. However, the Toman members see how desperately Takemichi is trying to save Baji and Mikey, igniting their fighting spirits once more.
Alive or dead
During Bloody Halloween, Mikey ended up in a 1v3 fight against Kagetora with his limbs tied up. After Kazutora hits him over the head with a pipe, Mikey ends up on his knees. The members of Valhalla see this as an opportunity to take down Invincible Mikey and try to get to him. Draken and Takemichi try to save Mikey, but they are too far away. But then, a rather surprising person came to Mikey’s aid.
One and only
Baji had infiltrated Valhalla so he could get to Kisaki. And after a fierce battle, he manages to reach Kisaki, but he coughs up blood and falls to the ground. Mikey sees this and takes out Hanma in a second and begins mercilessly beating Kazutora over and over again. This was the scene that the future Draken had told Takemichi about. At this rate, Mikey will end up killing Kazutora, Kisaki will take over Toman, and the tragic future will keep happening. Takemichi tries to stop him, but Mikey’s anger is…
One for all
Two years ago, Mikey learns that Kazutora is fighting with the Black Dragon biker gang, and decides that he will fight them too. But he wanted a valid sense of purpose in taking on a motorcycle gang. Baji then suggests they make their own biker gang. They want to create a gang where everyone can risk their lives for each other. Baji had been fighting alone to protect the promise they made the day they created…
End of the war
The conflict between Toman and Valhalla dubbed Bloody Halloween ends with Toman’s victory, but Baji is killed and Kazutora is arrested. Takemichi laments the fact that he couldn’t do much, but they managed to stop Mikey from killing Kazutora. After going with Draken to visit Kazutora, they head to Draken’s house.
a cry baby
Takemichi heads to his first Toman meeting in his jacket and is surprised to see Valhalla’s Vice Commander Hanma and Chifuyu standing next to Mikey. Not only that, but he finds out that it was Kisaki Tetta who arranged all of this. Takemichi despairs when he realizes that he couldn’t change the future again despite Baji sacrificing his own life to protect Toman. And then Chifuyu says…
